금지 품목

무기류

총포, 법령 기준을 초과하는 도검류, 특수 무기 및 그 부속품은 등록할 수 없습니다. 이는 「총포·도검·화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 따릅니다.

마약류 및 향정신성 의약품

마약, 대마, 향정신성 의약품 및 이와 유사한 효과를 가지는 모든 물품은 등록할 수 없습니다.

위조품 및 모조품

가품 명품, 위조 화폐, 위조 상품권, 가짜 브랜드 의류 등 진품임을 사칭하는 모든 모조품은 등록할 수 없습니다. 위조품으로 의심되는 상품은 정품 감정 절차에 회부될 수 있습니다.

도난품, 장물

도난 또는 장물로 취득한 물품, 출처가 불분명한 물품은 등록할 수 없습니다.

위험 물질

화학약품, 폭발물, 방사성 물질, 항공 운송이 제한되는 배터리류, 인화성 물질 등 안전을 위협할 수 있는 물품은 등록할 수 없습니다.

살아있는 동물, 동물 사체, 인체 부위

살아있는 동물, 동물 사체, 박제, 인체 부위 또는 인체 조직은 등록할 수 없습니다.

의약품

처방전이 필요한 약품, 한약, 전문 의약품 등 일반 유통이 허용되지 않는 의약품은 등록할 수 없습니다.

음란물 및 성인 용품

법령을 위반하는 음란물 및 성인 용품은 등록할 수 없습니다. 이는 「청소년 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 따릅니다.

신분증, 면허증, 증명서

주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 학위증, 자격증 등 본인 또는 타인의 신분 증명에 사용되는 문서는 등록할 수 없습니다.

회수/리콜 제품

제조사 또는 정부 기관에 의하여 회수 또는 리콜 명령이 내려진 제품은 등록할 수 없습니다.

도박 관련 물품

사행성 게임기, 슬롯머신 등 도박에 사용되는 물품은 등록할 수 없습니다.

정부 발행 문서, 군 보급품

정부가 발행한 공문서, 군 보급품 등 일반 거래가 금지된 물품은 등록할 수 없습니다.

식약처 미허가 식품

식품의약품안전처(MFDS)의 허가를 받지 않은 건강기능식품, 수입 검역을 통과하지 못한 식품 등은 등록할 수 없습니다.

수입 금지 품목, 통관 제한 품목

대한민국 관세법 및 통관 관련 법령에 따라 수입이 금지되거나 통관이 제한되는 품목은 등록할 수 없습니다.

개인정보가 포함된 물품

개인정보가 삭제되지 않은 상태의 휴대폰, 하드디스크, USIM 등 타인의 개인정보가 남아있는 물품은 등록할 수 없습니다.

위반 시 조치

• 금지 품목 등록 시 즉시 경매가 삭제됩니다.
• 계정이 영구 정지될 수 있습니다.
• 중대한 위반에 해당하는 경우 수사기관에 신고할 수 있습니다.

신고

• 의심 품목을 발견한 경우 거래 상세 페이지 또는 마이페이지에서 "신고" 버튼을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

Weapons

Firearms, swords and knives that exceed statutory specifications, special weapons, and their accessories must not be listed. This follows the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, and Other Such Items and related laws.

Drugs & Controlled Substances

Narcotics, cannabis, psychotropic substances, and any items with similar effects must not be listed.

Counterfeit & Replica Goods

Counterfeit luxury goods, fake currency, forged gift cards, replica brand clothing, and any other items misrepresenting themselves as genuine must not be listed. Listings suspected of being counterfeit may be sent for authentication.

Stolen Goods

Stolen property, items received as stolen goods, and items of unclear origin must not be listed.

Hazardous Materials

Chemicals, explosives, radioactive materials, batteries restricted from air freight, and flammable goods that can threaten safety must not be listed.

Live Animals, Animal Remains, Human Remains/Tissue

Live animals, animal carcasses, taxidermy, human remains, and human tissue must not be listed.

Medicines

Prescription drugs, traditional Korean medicine, professional pharmaceuticals, and other medicines that are not permitted in general circulation must not be listed.

Obscene Materials & Adult Items

Obscene materials and adult items that violate applicable law must not be listed. This follows the Juvenile Protection Act and related laws.

Identification Documents

National ID cards, driver's licenses, passports, diplomas, professional certifications, and any other documents used to prove the identity of oneself or another person must not be listed.

Recalled Products

Products subject to a recall ordered by the manufacturer or a government authority must not be listed.

Gambling-Related Items

Gambling machines, slot machines, and other items used for gambling must not be listed.

Government Documents & Military-Issue Goods

Government-issued documents, military-issue supplies, and other items prohibited from general circulation must not be listed.

Foods Without MFDS Approval

Health functional foods that have not been approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), foods that have failed import quarantine, and similar items must not be listed.

Import-Banned & Customs-Restricted Items

Items that are banned from import or restricted from customs clearance under the Customs Act and related Korean laws must not be listed.

Items Containing Personal Information

Phones, hard drives, SIM cards, and other items that still contain another person's personal data must not be listed.

Consequences of Violation

• Immediate listing removal upon detection.
• Permanent account suspension may be imposed.
• Severe violations may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.
